Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part23 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the image of God. God sending his own Son (Christ, the son given) in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh (Rom 8:3). Jesus of Nazareth (the child born), a living soul, was the vessel whom God chose to send his Son (a life giving Spirit) into, to give us hope and an example on how to overcome our natural man, and allow Christ, the life giving Spirit, to lead and guide us into that victory, being made perfect (restored in their image and likeness) through weakness (the spirit is willing, it is the flesh that is weak), and able to sit with Jesus Christ at the right hand of God for eternity. Psalms 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness. (KJV) Christ Jesus, who is of God, made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption that we too are able to be made like unto Jesus who bore the image of the heavenly, Christ, the Son of the living God and of these two one new man is made. 2 Corinthians 4:4-6 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (KJV) Bearing the image of the heavenly man, made like unto Christ; presenting our bodies a living sacrifice unto God; not conforming to this world, but being transformed into the image of him who created us by the renewing of our minds so that we are able to come to the knowledge of the truth which is in us, as it was in Jesus. Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (KJV) We were given this treasure (Christ) in earthen vessels; now we walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit, so that we are able to prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God. God’s will is for us to continue to bear the image of the heavenly; to remain in the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him; and to know his Son, Christ in you the hope of glory, whom had the princes of the world known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; and last to know Him and be known of Him. 2 Corinthians 3:12-18 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. (KJV) So let the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, shine forth from your heart to give forth the light of the knowledge of the glory of God, in the face of Jesus Christ; which face you are if you continue in the Son, and the Son in you. Today's video The Son - Part22 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; once saved always saved? Only if you continue in the faith of the Son of God. The encouragement is to not neglect your salvation; don’t take it for granted. Each day we have a choice to continue in the faith remaining grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel, Christ in you the hope of glory. Hebrews 2:1-4 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? (KJV) 1 Peter 4:17-19 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? In Galatians chapter three it talks about those who began in the Spirit only to revert back to the flesh. We are warned throughout the scriptures to watch and pray always; to be sober and vigilant with our salvation because the devil as a roaring lion walks about seeking whom he may devour. And if we don’t keep watching diligently in the Spirit, the thief will find a way in and begin to steal, kill, and possibly destroy your salvation if he is not caught and cast out; all this because we are found sleeping (not watching). As we overcome and kill off those areas in our life that have been a hindrance in our walk and relationship with the Father in Christ, we need to be diligent in not allowing any leaven to enter in and begin to leaven the whole lump all over again. The warning is clear… Galatians 2:18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. (KJV) So there are many distractions in this world that seek to lure you back into sin; but it is up to you to stand fast in the faith, by keeping your flesh (old nature) in subjection to the Spirit of Christ within you. We have been given wisdom and power to overcome the world by Jesus Christ, who overcame, himself being tempted in every manner as we are and yet sinned not; having given us an example to follow, as well as having given us a great cloud of witnesses throughout the scriptures, and through our brethren who are following in Christ’s sufferings, overcoming themselves. Today is the day of salvation, now is the accepted time. Today, now faith; choose you this day whom you will serve; the god of this world and the lusts thereof or the God of all creation who gave his Son, Christ Jesus, for an example of overcoming the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21) and how to cultivate and grow in the fruit of the Spirit unto eternal salvation (Galatians 5:22-25). 2 Peter 1:2-11 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (KJV) Once saved, always saved? Let not your faith stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God, Christ in you. Our brother Paul confessed in Galatians 2:20, so should we also. Wherefore dear brethren, we will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them, and be established in the present truth. Don’t let those things which you have heard and have been assured of, knowing from whom you learned them (not of men, but by the Spirit of the living God; leading and guiding you into all truth concerning God our Father and his Son Christ Jesus our Lord) slip by you into sin unto death. Today's video The Son - Part21 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; continuing in the Son. Luke 21:33-36 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. (KJV) Watch and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things which we have been warned about. The cares of this life and the deceitfulness of riches when allowed to enter into the heart, choke the Word and it becomes unfruitful and withers away. Proverbs 4:23-27 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. (KJV) You cannot serve God and mammon. If you are a friend of the world you are counted an enemy of God. 1 Corinthians 10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. (KJV) Paul said that if he yet pleased men, that he should not be the servant of Christ. One is our Master, even Christ. Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? (KJV) This is not once saved always saved. The scriptures are clear. John 15:1-6 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. (KJV) So if we don’t abide in Him, then we are not His and we will be cut off from the tree of life; blotted out of the book of life. Which is why we are encouraged to continue in the faith grounded and settled, and not be moved away from the hope of the gospel, which is Christ in you (Colossians 1:27) the Son of the living God. If we abide in Him, He will continue to abide in us; and we will be counted the sons of God; as we were given the power to be so in Him. So let us hold fast the profession of faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised. As the Son could do nothing without the Father, so we can do nothing without the Son (John 5:19; 5:30). But if we endure steadfast in the faith of the Son of God, Christ in us, unto the end we shall be saved. Matthew 24:11-13 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (KJV) John 8:31-36 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (KJV) Watch and pray always so that your house does not get broken into, and all your goods which were wrought in Christ in you be stolen from your heart by the thief (Satan) who comes only to steal, kill and destroy. Christ came that we might have life and life more abundantly in Him. Heed the warnings Church; hold fast to eternal life which you have in Christ Jesus our Lord that no man deceive you of your reward and take your crown. God bless. Today's video The Son - Part20 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the Son never claimed to be God. Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (KJV) Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; (KJV) God cannot lie; and neither can he be tempted with evil (James 1:12-15). So how could Jesus have been God? Matthew 4:1-11 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. (KJV) Hebrews 2:16-18 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. (KJV) Hebrews 4:14-16 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (KJV) Jesus was tempted in every manner as we are and yet he sinned not. He had a choice, just like we do, to follow the leading and guiding of the Spirit, Christ in him; and thank God he chose to follow Christ and not the lusts of the flesh. For in this he became both Lord and Christ; our high priest, our intercessor, our way, our truth, our life, our example, our Rock solid foundation, and most importantly, our Lord and Saviour. Jesus was the son of man; and the Son of God. The son of man referring to the likeness of sinful flesh; the Son of God referring to the image of God, who is Christ. Unto us a child was born (Jesus); unto us a son was given (Christ). So of these two one new man was made, Christ Jesus, our mediator. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (KJV) The Son of God, Christ, was given in the conception of Jesus of Nazareth, the son of man, born of the seed of David according to the flesh (born of a woman); and declared the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead; and he is now seated at the right hand of God the Father. In this was Jesus anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power, Christ in him the hope of glory. This enabled Jesus to overcome the lusts of the flesh, and of which Christ condemned sin in the flesh. Jesus said “Why call me good? There is none good but one, that is God” (Mark 10:17-18). Jesus also said to search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life, but they are they which testify of me. Who? Christ in him the hope of glory. Many know him after the son of man, the fleshly man, the son of Mary and Joseph a carpenter; but few know him after the Spirit, the Son of the living God, Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part19 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; our purpose is in the Son, Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV) God purposed from the beginning that those who received his Son, Jesus Christ, them he would give power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (KJV) 2 Timothy 1:9-10 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: (KJV) God is calling all mankind unto salvation, having sent out an invitation through His Son, Jesus Christ; but not all mankind is responding back, i.e. answering the call. Many are called but few are chosen; why? Because few have chosen to answer His call and to seek out to know His purpose which He proposed in us from the beginning of the world. John 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. (KJV) Just as Jesus Christ came into the world to be a witness unto the truth (Christ) that was in him, so is our purpose when we were born again into the kingdom of God, to be a witness unto the truth that is in us; Christ the Son of the living God, our only hope of glory. That truth which is the only way unto eternal life; and this life is in his Son. 1 John 5:10-13 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV) We have been called unto holiness in Christ Jesus; to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; to be an example of the believers; and to be ready to given an answer when asked of the hope that is within us, that one more might be saved and become a witness unto the truth of Christ within them as well; that the gospel of Christ may be preached to every creature, the ministry of reconciliation, that again one more may answer the call of God in their own lives by his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (KJV) Our life is no longer ours; but His who called us with a holy calling unto salvation in his Son Christ Jesus. We are crucified with Christ, yet we live, but not that of ourselves, but Christ who lives in us; and the life that we now live in the flesh we should be living by the faith of the Son of God, who loved us, and gave himself for us (Galatians 2:20). 1 Corinthians 3:23 And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. (KJV) Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (KJV) And we are purposed from the beginning to endure unto the end; we have not been given the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (Christ in us) so that we can overcome the wicked one and stand before God clothed in white linen (Christ our righteousness) and be called blessed, having been called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb, for these are the true sayings of God (Revelation 19:9). Our purpose is found in the Son. God bless. You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part18 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; Christ is the truth that was in Jesus. The truth that is in Jesus is Christ, the Son of the living God. Search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life; but they are they which testify of me (Christ). If you allow the Spirit to lead and guide you into all truth, the eyes of your understanding enlightened, you will see past the man Jesus, in the physical sense, and come to know Christ, the Spirit of truth that allowed Jesus to live a life without sin. And you will get to know God our Father through his Son; for Jesus Christ said that no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, except the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal the Father (who God is, his character) unto (Matthew 11:27). Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Ghost and with power (Acts 10:38). Christ is the wisdom of God and the power of God (1Corinthians 1:24). Christ is the Word that was made flesh (Jesus), and dwelt among us full of grace and truth (Jesus Christ). The law was given by Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. Of these two was made one new man, Christ Jesus, the mediator between men and God (1Timothy 2:5). Ephesians 2:13-18 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. (KJV) This is the grace of God: that he sent his own Son (Christ) into the world, made in the likeness of sinful flesh (Jesus), and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh so that we might be made the righteousness of God in Christ; and to know the truth, so that the truth is able to set us free and keep us free from the law of sin and death. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. (KJV) 1 Corinthians 1:30-31 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. (KJV) As the truth is in Jesus, so also it is in you; Christ in you the hope of glory. God bless. John 14:16-18 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you (Christ). I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part16 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the One, the Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. (KJV) There is a song with the lyric that says “one is the loneliest number”; and to those who follow after the world and its ways it is. But in the Spirit you will never be lonely; we have been given a great cloud of witnesses (Hebrews 12:1), those before us and those believers who are yet with us to minister unto us along our journey through this life on earth to our eternal destination of eternal fellowship with God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, and all the saints who went before us and with us. There is one Christ who is of God, the Son of God, who is the power and wisdom of God, which gives us all that we have need of to overcome the world just as Jesus of Nazareth did, the first born among many brethren, who was made both Lord and Christ through his obedience to the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit within him and sacrifice (the laying down of his life daily and on the cross). Colossians 1:12-19 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; (KJV) He is the beginning and the end. He is the beginning of the faith and the end of the faith. One faith; not many. Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is the one and only way to the truth and eternal life in Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12-13 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as there is one hope of our calling in Christ our Lord. And hope makes us not ashamed, because the love of God (Christ) is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us. Christ our Lord is our only hope of glory; the one calling we should be answering on a daily basis and not be ashamed of, because the gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation. One baptism matters to God; that being of the Holy Spirit that brings you into fellowship with Him. The water baptism is a show of will worship that others may glory in your flesh. It was for a season to usher in the Messiah but is no longer needed as the one Messiah, Christ is come. Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: (KJV) Acts 1:5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. (KJV) 1 Peter 3:21-22 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him. (KJV) In the end there is one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in us all; and we are in Christ, and Christ is in us, and Christ is in God the Father. John 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I (Christ) am in my Father (God), and ye in me, and I in you. (KJV) Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: (KJV) Romans 1:3-7 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part15 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the Son is the mystery which has been revealed. Luke 10:21-22 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him. (KJV) Jesus said that “all things are delivered to me of my Father and that no man knows who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him”. Who is the Son that Jesus is referring too? All know Jesus the man. He has been written about for the past two thousand plus years. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him; who was crucified and is risen, and is seated at the right hand of God. But if you would allow the veil (the traditions and doctrines of man) to be removed from your heart by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you into all truth, the eyes of your understanding will be enlightened to see the Son of God, Christ, whom Jesus was referring too; which allowed him to lead a life without sin. It is Christ in you the hope of glory. This was the mystery hidden from the foundation of the world for had the princes of this world known that Jesus was the Christ, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 1 Corinthians 2:4-11 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. (KJV) Now it is given unto you to know the mystery of the kingdom of God (Mark 4:11). And to those who ask it shall be given unto them; seek and you shall find it; knock and it shall be opened up unto you. You have a responsibility to seek out and to know who the Son of God is; with what measure you mete, the same will be measured unto you. What will you do? Will you lay down your life to come to know Christ, the Son of the living God? Let the eyes of your understanding be enlightened to see Christ, as Simeon and Anna did being led by the Spirit, who saw the Lord’s Christ, and not just Jesus (Luke 2:25-38); his life and calling after the flesh. We are to know no man after the flesh; and though we have known Christ after the flesh (Jesus of Nazareth), we are to know him no more in that manner, but by the revelation of Christ in our own life. Philippians 3:7-11 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. (KJV) Will you take up your cross and follow after Christ; that you may know him and the power of his resurrection in your own life? The mystery which has been revealed to those who love God; to those who are the called according to His purpose. Will those include you? This mystery is revealed in you. God bless. John 14:15-20 If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. (KJV) Colossians 1:26-27 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part8 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. A mystery is something hidden and the only way to reveal or unravel the mystery is to follow the clues; and bit by bit the mystery is solved; you come the knowledge of the truth of what occurred. And so it is that God spoke unto us through His holy apostles, prophets, and His Son to give us the guide book in solving the mystery of the kingdom of God, which is given unto us to know. He wants us to come to the knowledge of the truth; what truth? The truth that was in Jesus, which is in us also. John 5:39-40 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. (KJV) From the beginning the scriptures testify of Christ, the Son of the living God. How few though come to know Him (Christ) after the Spirit. Many only know Him after the flesh (Jesus), because they have chosen to listen to what man says and not search the scriptures for themselves by asking the Lord to reveal who He is and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them, and enlighten the eyes of their understanding to the truth that was in Jesus, the hidden mystery, but revealed to those who diligently seek to know Him. John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV) When you allow the Spirit to remove the vail of the flesh (Jesus), then you shall know Christ, the Son of the living God. And you will come to know how God made this same Jesus, both Lord and Christ. Are you willing to dig deep into this mystery for yourself so that you can say when you stand before God our Father, and He asks you, “Did you know my Son?”, and you can answer “I know the mystery of your kingdom that you gave for me to know; your Son, Christ in me, whom you sent in the likeness of sinful flesh (Jesus of Nazareth first, then in me), being made sin for me, who knew no sin; that I could be made the righteousness of you, Father, in Him”? And the Father will turn to the Son, and say “Do you know them?” and the Son will reply either, “Yes, they were a good and faithful servant” or “No, depart from me ye who work iniquity”. Which would you rather hear? Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV) It is not of works, lest any man should boast. It is of the grace and truth of God (for grace and truth came by Jesus Christ), that we will stand on the firm foundation which He gave unto us to know so that we are sealed with the seal of God because we know His name, we know Him, and He knows us for which we name the name of Christ. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry.
