2 John 9

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. (KJV)

Image and Likeness

6/21/2025

Good day. Today's video Image and Likeness is on the topic of: In the beginning God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness (Genesis 1:26-47). God gave Adam and Eve all the trees in the garden to partake of for food except for the tree of knowledge of good and evil which he commanded them not to eat of the fruit of that tree, or they would surely die; and when Eve was deceived of the devil seeing that the fruit was good for food and pleasant unto the eye took of it and did eat, then gave it unto Adam and he too ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and their eyes were opened and they were found naked (Genesis 3:1-7); and sin entered into the world and the image of God in mankind was lost to sin. But God knowing the end from the beginning made a way or plan of reconciliation for mankind before the foundation of the world.

John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. (KJV)

John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. (KJV)

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV)

Galatians 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, (KJV)

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (KJV)

God sending his own Son, Christ (the Word), in the likeness of sinful flesh, Jesus of Nazareth, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh (Romans 8:3), that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2Corinthians 5:16-21); that we might have the image of God restored in us which was lost to sin in our own lives as we followed the god of this world in our ignorance before we accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself. It is God who works in us having sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts crying Father, Father, both to will and to do of his good pleasure in restoring his image within us as he did in Jesus of Nazareth.

God made this same Jesus who was crucified both Lord and Christ. Through the obedience, sacrifice, and resurrection of Jesus Christ we are given the Spirit of Christ; an example, a mediator, the way, the truth, and the life in the Spirit to overcome sin in our life, bringing forth restoration of the image of God within us as well.

Brethren, we have this treasure in earthen vessels, it is Christ in us the hope of glory.

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. (KJV)

He is our only hope of the restoration of the image of God within us. God bless and keep the faith.

God Cannot Lie

6/14/2025

Good day. Today's video God Cannot Lie is on the topic of: God is not a man that he should lie; neither the son of man that he should repent. Many today say that Jesus was God and yet God said he sent his Son; so, either God is lying, or man is. God that cannot lie, acknowledged that he had a Son in whom he was well pleased. And Jesus Christ himself acknowledged that he had a Father, and after his resurrection spoke unto us saying “I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God” John 20:17. Jesus Christ was tempted in every manner as we are and yet he sinned not; he only spoke those things that he heard the Father speak, so he too did not lie and it would have been sin for him to lie.

The witness of God is greater than the witness of men and the record that God gave of his Son is true and he has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son (1John 5:9-13); and yet many are calling God a liar by denying his Son whom he sent. They are intruding into those things which they have not seen, vainly puffed up by their fleshly minds; they have not so learned Christ. Christ is the Word of God whom God sent in the likeness of sinful flesh (Jesus of Nazareth) to condemn sin in the flesh that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (Romans 8:3, 2Corinthians 5:17-21).

Romans 3:3-4 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. (KJV)

So, brethren, who are you going to believe, God or men? Let the Holy Spirit of God that you have been baptized with when you accepted God’s Son Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour (Galatians 4:4-6) guide you into all truth; it is the truth that will make you free, and if the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed (John 8:36-37). Christ the Son of the living God; God made this same Jesus who was crucified both Lord and Christ; it is Christ in you the hope of glory. Reference: Matthew 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16 – baptized with the Holy Spirit; John 16:7, John 16:13, John 15:26, 1John 2:27 – who will guide you into all truth and is no lie.

Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; (KJV)

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. (KJV)

God who cannot lie; let God be true and every man a liar! Let us be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive. God bless and keep the faith.

The Right Way

6/7/2025

Good day. Today's video The Right Way is on the topic of: There is only one right way or path that leads unto eternal life. Jesus Christ said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; and no man comes unto the Father (God) but by me” (John 14:6). If any man tries to enter into the kingdom of heaven any other way than by Jesus Christ, they are a thief and a robber and will not be allowed to enter in. It is a strait and narrow path that leads unto life, and few be there that find it (Matthew 7:14) because it is spiritually revealed by the Spirit of God to those who seek in spirit and in truth with a sincere heart, with pure motives.

All scripture is given (freely you received, freely give); it is the inspired word of God (2Timothy 3:16-17), and we are encouraged to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness so that the eyes of our understanding is able to be enlightened to the truth of the gospel of Christ,  being instructed by God through Christ who is our strength, that our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God (1Corinthians 1:24), and it is profitable for us to continue to walk in the right way, the way of righteousness (1Corinthians 1:26-31 (v30)).

Proverbs 8:20-21 I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures. (KJV)

There are many who are on the broad path that leads to destruction (Matthew 7:13); there are those who choose to not to know God nor his Son Jesus Christ; and there are those who profess to know God but in works they deny him; teaching for doctrines the commandments of men and hold to the traditions of men (Mark 7:6-9); and many are blindly following. God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; they have gone the way of what seems right in their own eyes, their own carnal understanding, walking in their own righteousness, and reject the truth when it is presented to them; they are blinded by the god of this world.

Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (KJV)

Proverbs 16:2-3 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits. (KJV)

2 Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. (KJV)

The path of the just (righteous, in right standing) is as the shining light that shines more and more unto the perfect day (Proverbs 4:18). There is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1Timothy 2:5). The path can only shine brighter as you come to the knowledge of Christ which enlightens the way; because without Christ we can do nothing; without the Spirit of Christ, we are none of his (God’s); without Christ our righteousness is as filthy rags.

Isaiah 35:8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. (KJV)

Proverbs 12:28 In the way of righteousness is life; and in the pathway thereof there is no death. (KJV)

Those who are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14), and they will know the way, the truth, and partake of the life, an abundant life, that our Father promised before the world began, and this life is in his Son. Do you know the right way, do you know the Son? If not, then ask God our Father through his Son Jesus Christ and it shall be given you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. It is our Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom; behold the kingdom of God is within you and it is the right way. God bless and keep the faith.

Proverbs 28:26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered. (KJV)

1Corinthians 2:9-16, 1John 2:27, 2Corinthians 3:14-17,
2Corinthians 4:4, Jeremiah 10:21-23,

Cause and Effect

5/31/2025

Good day. Today's video Cause and Effect is on the topic of: Contrary winds whether they are physical or spiritual, cause waves of doubt and uncertainty; the effect of these waves is fear and unbelief even unto death. The thief (devil) comes to steal, kill and destroy; our Lord Jesus Christ came that we might have life and life more abundantly.

The spiritual winds include doctrine, the cares of this life, the deceitfulness of riches, and lusts of other things that enter into the heart and choke the word of God (Mark 4:18-19) that was sown in your heart at the beginning of your salvation; and the truth of the gospel of Christ that has been preached unto you by HIS apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers which were given for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ, until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: And that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive (Ephesians 4:11-14).

Ephesians 4:15-16 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (KJV)

There is “one” gospel (doctrine) of Christ that will keep us on the sure foundation firmly anchored (hope) to the Rock of our salvation, so that when the storms or trials of our faith come, we will not be moved. We will hold fast knowing the truth of the gospel and that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love, and a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7).

This is why it is so important that our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God; and to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness on a daily basis and allow the Holy Spirit, which we have been given, to lead and guide us into all truth (John 16:13-15). Because the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever (Isaiah 32:17-18). We will remain anchored in the hope of salvation, not focusing on the problems or storms of this life that are causing waves of doubt and confusion stirring up fear and unbelief, but keeping our focus on the Lord Jesus Christ our sure foundation that will hold up to the waves,  giving us strength and wisdom with which he too rebuked the winds and spoke unto the sea, “peace be still”, and calmed the waves and immediately safety was brought forth.

And concerning doctrine, many in the Church are tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine (cause), by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; these winds of doctrine cause waves of doubt and uncertainty in what is truth, and they can lead to fear and unbelief (effect) in one’s walk in the Spirit if they allow it to enter into their heart. Knowing the truth that is in Jesus (Christ – Ephesians 4:20-21) will set you free and keep you free indeed; it will calm the contrary doctrinal winds so you can hear the still small voice of God guiding you into all truth which will put you immediately on a Rock-solid foundation (1Corinthians 10:4, 1Corinthians 1:24, Colossians 1:27) which will keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

So, brethren, let us cast all our care unto God and let him do the caring for us, and continue in the faith grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel by contrary winds of doctrine which are not of God, but of men, doctrines of devils that lie in wait to deceive (1Timothy 4:1-6) which will have a negative effect on you and your salvation.

Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. (KJV)

God bless and keep the faith.

A Mighty God

5/24/2025

Good day. Today's video A Mighty God is on the topic of: Psalm 50:1 The mighty (strength, power, Almighty) God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. (KJV)

We have a mighty God who has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; and has provided the deliverance from this present evil world through his Son Christ Jesus; but it is up to each of us to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling that we may stand perfect and complete in all his will, and that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 Corinthians 5:19-21).

Remember, our Lord Jesus Christ came that we might have life, and that we might have it more abundantly (John 10:10); it is your choice if you want a more abundant life that is only in him. The witness of God is greater than that of men; and this is the witness that he has given to us which he has testified of his Son: He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself: he that believes not God has made him a liar, because he believes not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son (1John 5:9-11).

John 17:1-3 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. (KJV)

Brethren, many are called, but few are chosen because few choose to know the only true God and Jesus Christ whom he sent. He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life (1John 5:12). So, our might (may be able) leads to uncertainty, possibly unto eternal death; His might (strength, ability, power) leads to eternal life, and this life is in his Son. It’s up to you to know. God bless and keep the faith.

Forged in Fire

5/10/2025

Good day. Today's video Forged in Fire is on the topic of: Think it not strange concerning the fiery trial that is to try (discipline, prove, tempt) you. We are forged in fire on a daily basis; whether it be chastening (correction) of the Lord for our good or temptations placed in our path by the enemy, our adversary the devil, or in tribulations, afflictions, and persecutions; how will we respond? Will we respond in the Spirit holding fast the profession of faith, seeking first the wisdom from above so we are able to rightly dividing the word of truth and discern between good and evil, that we may know where the fiery trial is coming from; or will we react in the flesh, leaning to our own understanding and wither in the time of trial, not knowing the truth of where the fiery trial is coming from? The trial of our faith works patience (constancy, endurance, patient continuance); so, let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting or lacking nothing (James 1:3-4). Character is forged not only in good times, but in times of trial (testing, proving, trustworthiness) as well; how are you going to handle the trials?

And our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29); he wants to purify us through the truth, his word is truth; and his word is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). He will prove the thoughts and intents of our heart whether it be good or bad, for or against him; and he will bring correction for our good if we are willing and obedient to hear and receive it. Our Lord learned obedience by the things which he suffered (Hebrews 5:5-10) and it is the same for us. No chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised (trained) thereby (Hebrews 12:6-13).

1 Corinthians 3:11-15 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (KJV)

So, brethren, we can patiently and faithfully endure all things through Christ who strengthens us and suffer for righteousness’ sake being forged in fire by God our Father for our good, or we can suffer for unrighteousness because we did not endure the fiery trials in faith and patience, and thus suffer the consequences, even that of being condemned to the lake of fire, eternal damnation; which fiery trial do you want to suffer for? God bless and keep the faith.

It's All Good

5/3/2025

Good day. Today's video It's All Good is on the topic of: Everyone lies; It's all good in Christ when we accept and partake of all things that we have been given access too by and through Jesus Christ. Our Father through his Son has provided everything needed for our salvation. When you were born again you received the measure or fullness of the gift of Christ; nothing was left out, it was a complete anointing of the Holy Spirit given in earnest until our adoption into the family of God is finalized at the judgement seat of Christ.

Do know this brethren, that all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17). As well as that in Christ dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:9-10). So, beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ (Colossians 2:8). For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end (Hebrews 3:14).

So, to all that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ, it's all good. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. God bless and keep the faith.

Everyone Lies

4/26/2025

Good day. Today's video Everyone Lies is on the topic of: Everyone lies; every man is a liar until they come into agreement with God. And there is only one way of coming into agreement with God, and that is by his Son Jesus Christ and being a witness unto the truth that is in Jesus, and is also in you, Christ; the greater witness, the only way you are justified in his sight, and the only way you are justified in your sayings. The witness of God is greater than that of men and his witness is true.

1John 2:27

Romans 3:3-4 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. (KJV)

1 John 5:7-12 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. (KJV) Deuteronomy 32:1-5

Witness means testimony, a good report, or evidence. From whom do you get your evidence, God or men? What are you bearing witness to, what is your testimony; that of truth given unto you through the leading of the Holy Spirit of God, or that of men (which until you seek the evidence from God, they should be considered a liar)? Who are you giving testimony of, whether by word or by deed: Christ in you the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27), the greater witness in you (1John 2:20 1John 2:27), or men/women in pulpits who only testify of a man named Jesus of Nazareth, because they are unable to see beyond the veil of the flesh to see the truth that is in Jesus which allowed him to live a life without sin, and always do those things that pleased the Father, and kept him in agreement with God our Father? Remember God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man that he should repent. Jesus was tempted in all manner as we are, yet he sinned not, he remained in agreement with God by Christ in him, he let God be true but man a liar.

Brethren, don't let anyone but God, through his Son Jesus Christ, dictate salvation to you. Allow God's Spirit to bear witness with your spirit that you are in agreement with him, that you are justified in his sight, that you are justified in your sayings, that you are one of his sons or daughters. Remember and hold fast to this truth, you have a greater witness in you, which is what you need to be giving testimony of; that is where you need to find your evidence of truth; that is where you need to be speaking from in order to be justified in your sayings, that is where you will have life and life more abundantly, eternal life. Greater is he (Christ) that is in you (behold the kingdom of God is within you), than he that is in the world. God bless and keep the faith.

1 John 4:1-6 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. (KJV)

Oil and Water

3/29/2025

Good day. Today's video Oil and Water is on the topic of: Oil and water don't mix; neither do the ordinances of the old law and the new law of faith (Romans 3:27-28). Old things are passed away, behold all things are become new. Many are still operating under the old law of ordinances which were fulfilled by Jesus Christ on our behalf. Salvation is by promise through faith by Jesus Christ, not by the works of the law which have been taken away, having been nailed to his cross. For by grace (John 1:17) we are saved through faith; and that not of ourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption.

Romans 5:1-2

Galatians 3:1-29 O foolish Galatians (Christians), who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (KJV)

We have been set free from the law of sin and death by Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2-4); we have been baptized into his death by faith in him apart from the works of the law that many still teach and practice as a doctrine and tradition; we are the children of God by faith in Jesus Christ, faith which works by love that we are willing to give our lives an offering to God being led by the Spirit of God in all manner of our life; we are the circumcision by faith in Jesus Christ, it is of the circumcision of the heart that we no longer serve in fear of the law of ordinances but serve in love the law of faith unto salvation. God bless and keep the faith.

What Happened?

3/22/2025

Good day. Today's video What Happened? is on the topic of: What happened to Job is explained, and what can happen to us as well if we are not watching and praying in the Spirit always, being sober and being vigilant, because our adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour (1Peter 5:8). Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10-11); going to and fro in the earth, walking up and down in it, seeking or listening for an opportunity to steal, kill, and destroy. Fear is the greatest thief if allowed to enter into the heart and go out of our mouth by our words. Fear, confusion, and doubt are not of God, but of the enemy (satan, the devil); and if he can influence us to speak words of fear, confusion, and doubt then we have given him a door of opportunity to enter in and begin to steal, kill, and destroy our faith or our life; which is why we are to watch and pray always, being vigilant, and examine ourselves if we are continuing in faith, speaking words of faith for ourselves and for others.

By our words we shall be justified (free) and by our words we shall be condemned (pronounced guilty) (Matthew 12:37). Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Our words will determine our world around us, our outcome; they let others know where our heart is, and sadly as well as the devil our enemy. Whatsoever we shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven by our words.

So let us examine ourselves, what is in our thoughts and heart (out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks), what words are we speaking, are they death or are they life; and if they are not in line with the word of God (life), for the words that he speaks to us are spirit and they are life, let us put our hands to our mouth and be quiet and seek our Father in heaven for forgiveness and for his guidance and counsel to bind the devil and take back with the Spirit of Christ that which is rightfully ours given unto us by our Father in heaven through his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. God already knows the thoughts and intents of our heart (Hebrews 4:12).

By his grace (Jesus Christ) he has NOT given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7); he has given us the whole armour of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (against the principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places); he has given us of his Spirit, Christ in us the hope of glory, his wisdom and power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (influence) of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and nothing shall by any means hurt us; he has given us all that we need to overcome the wicked one. Now all we need to do is humble ourselves and cast all our care unto God and let him do the caring for us so that we don't end up speaking words that may put us on the devil's turf so to speak.

Job 1:1-5 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually. (KJV)

Read the rest of Job chapter 1 to see what all befell him.

Job 3:25-26 For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came. (KJV)

Read Job chapter 40-42 on the Lord’s rebuke, Job putting his hand to his mouth at the rebuke of the Lord, and then the tender mercy of the Lord, and the restoration of Job and all that he had lost and more.

Brethren, give heed; Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience (endurance, patient continuance(waiting)) of Job in his affliction, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy; so if you find yourself in a Job moment, be still (quiet, rest) and know that God is faithful and has a way of escape that you may be able to bear it and overcome the enemy, the devil. So, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that you may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. God bless and keep the faith.
