Luke 24:1-5 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. (2) And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. (3) And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. (4) And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: (5) And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? (KJV)
We are bringing this point up this week, because many have decided that Sunday is one of resurrection. But alas, similar to what we see depicted in the verses above, many are going to tombs under the disguise of what they call a church and are getting the same results as the people mentioned above. Hopefully we can shed some light on the timeline of the events that led to the crucifixion, as well as the resurrection, one based on truth and not fiction. Once we realize that two Sabbaths were involved, first an annual Holy Day, which was observed from Wednesday evening until Thursday evening, and the normal weekly Sabbath from Friday evening to Saturday evening, the fulfillment of Christ's words becomes clear. The Jewish calendar days would begin at sunset, and go until the following sunset. Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. (KJV) The fact that two Sabbaths are involved is confirmed by Matthew 28:1, where the women went to the tomb "after the Sabbath." The Sabbath mentioned here is actually plural in the original Greek and should be translated "Sabbaths.” By the time these people had arrived at the tomb, our Lord had already been resurrected. A correct harmonization of all the facts demonstrates that Jesus died near 3 p.m. that Wednesday afternoon, was entombed near sunset and was resurrected near sunset on Saturday, exactly three days and three nights later just as He had stated. These are the facts, the correct biblical chronology that verifies the correct timeline of the scriptures. Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. (KJV) So from Wednesday sunset to Thursday sunset is one day and one night; then until Friday sunset is two days and two nights; and from then until Saturday sunset is three days and three nights. Jesus Christ was resurrected at the end of this three-day and three-night period, near sunset on Saturday. Thus He was already raised long before the women came to the tomb before daylight on Sunday morning. Jesus Christ's words were thus perfectly fulfilled, as verified by the Gospel accounts. He was not crucified on Friday afternoon, nor was He resurrected on a Sunday morning. The biblical evidence shows the Good Friday-Easter Sunday tradition to be a fabrication. And given the fact that we serve a God that cannot lie, we then have to establish and build a foundation on what the word of God says and not on what man pawns off as truth. Dearly loved, we will leave you with a chronological order of how things really went, and not all the fabrications that we have been bombarded with by a fallen mankind who only uses these holidays to make profit off of them from simple, mostly unsuspecting people. However, for those that know better or should “no”better, it is time to put away childish things. Tuesday Jesus ate an early-evening Passover meal with His disciples (at the beginning of Nisan 14, Jewish reckoning) and instituted the New Covenant symbols (Matthew 26:26-28). Jesus was then betrayed by Judas, arrested and during the night brought before the high priest. Wednesday Jesus was crucified and died around 3 p.m. (Matthew 27:46-50). This was the preparation day for the annual, not weekly, Sabbath, which began that evening (Mark 15:42; Luke 23:54; John 19:31). Jesus' body was placed in the tomb at twilight (Matthew 27:57-60). Thursday This was the high-day Sabbath, the first day of Unleavened Bread (John 19:31; Leviticus 23:4-7). It is described as the day after the Day of Preparation (Matthew 27:62). Friday The high-day Sabbath now past, women bought and prepared spices for anointing Jesus' body (Mark 16:1; Luke 23:56). Saturday The women rested on the weekly Sabbath, according to the Fourth Commandment (Luke 23:56; Exodus 20:8-11). Jesus rose around sunset, exactly three days and three nights (72 hours) after burial, to fulfill the sign of Jonah. Sunday The women brought the prepared spices early in the morning while it was still dark (Luke 24:1; John 20:1). Jesus had already risen (Matthew 28:1-6; Mark 16:2-6; Luke 24:2-3; John 20:1). Resurrection Sunday? Well, only if the true believers in Christ decide to wake up and serve the Lord in Spirit and in truth. Ephesians 5:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. (KJV) Matthew 12:38-40 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. (39) But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: (40) For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. (KJV)
A number of events are going to take place this week, events based on man’s calendar and not on facts. Someone or some religious organization decided that our Lord was crucified on a Friday, and then labeled that day good Friday. Our Lord was very specific in pointing out that after His crucifixion, He would spend three days and three nights in the heart of the earth before resurrecting. Jonah 1:17 Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. (KJV) Just to back it up with a second witness, we see that Jonah the prophet did spend what I am sure was a miserable three days and three nights in the belly of that fish. Christ our Savior spent three days and three nights in a very unpleasant place as well so that He could pay the Spiritual price for our sin, and then rise victoriously with the keys of hell and death. Acts 2:30-32 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; (31) He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. (32) This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. (KJV) Now folks, our Lord got Himself in a hell of a predicament so to speak for our sake, so that we would not have to. So when mankind tries to tell you that our Lord was crucified on a Friday, and then rose on a Sunday, well that just doesn’t quite add up does it? So why bring this point up, or even bother with what must seem trivial and petty to many? Well simple folks, because if you are letting something so simple and obvious as this slip underneath your spiritual radar, how many other sneak attacks has the enemy gotten by you’re so called shield of faith? After all the last time I looked the bible was specific in the fact that the truth would set us free, not fables. Williams New Testament translation for Galatians 4:9-11 9. but now, since you have come to know God, or rather have come to be known by Him, how can you turn back to your own crude notions, so weak and worthless, and wish to become slaves to them again? 10. You are observing days, months, seasons, years. 11. I am beginning to fear that I have bestowed my labors on you for nothing. You know Church, it is one thing to have gotten duped in our past before our conversion in Christ, it is quite another to let the enemy pull the wool over your eyes again in the form of a veil, the truth that gets veiled and disguised by manmade worldly religions and doctrines. If you truly plan on moving forward in your walk with the Lord and growing and maturing in Christ, then you will need to study the truth for yourself, and then go on a Spiritual exercise program so that you don’t get bent out of shape with a bunch of other carnal Christians. How about studying to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman that has rightly divided the word of truth and not just what man tries to pawn off as truth. Dearly loved, have a very blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Have you had your daily dose? I’m not talking about the medicines of this world, but the Spiritual medicine that is able to heal your wounds and illnesses that are spiritual and physical, and renew your life in abundance.
Christ is that healing Word that is able to renew you, make you whole where you are lacking; that healing Word that is able to strengthen you when you are weak; that healing Word that is able to ease the burden’s of this life as you are yoked together with it. Do you see how Christ is able to make all things new for you daily? You don’t have to go it alone; whatever it may be. Yoke yourself to the Lord, and take your daily dose of the Spiritual medicine that He knows you have need of to be healed; whether it is spiritual or physical. A daily dose of the fullness of the Word of God is what will heal you, strengthen you, and ease the burden’s of this life so that you can mount up as wings of eagles and fly through this life above the cares and concerns of it, the pain and suffering of it, the ill effects of it, and reach up into heaven where the reigning Word will cleanse away your tears and heartache, bringing forth healing and new life within you. Dearly loved brethren, be ye renewed in the spirit of your mind, taking your daily dose of the healing Word of God so that you can see and experience His healing power working within you, and for you, and through you. God bless and have a prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Die daily or hold onto your life…
Matthew 16:24-26 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (25) For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. (26) For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (KJV) To die daily means to die to self, the old ways and habits, your wants and desires, so that you can partake of the newness of life in Christ. It is a daily choice for each of us. When we are asked of the Lord to let something in our life die so that He can replace it with something new it does not always ‘feel’ good, but if we are obedient it brings about the peaceable fruit of righteousness within us; growth and maturity in Christ. We have to let go of the old to partake of the new; you can’t add a piece of new cloth to an old garment and expect it to hold, yet how many of us try to do just that, trying to mix the old with the new and expect ourselves to grow and mature in Christ? John 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease. (KJV) Do you see that…the ‘I’ must decrease! Not maybe, but MUST to enable the newness of life in Christ to increase in our lives; to allow the Word to overtake, to conquer, to obliterate our old nature. Even Paul confessed ‘I die daily’ (1Cor 15:31). Are you willing to die to self? Are you willing to lay down your life for the brethren? Are you willing to lay down your life so that you can have life and life more abundantly? Are you willing to lose your life for Christ’s sake? Are you willing to die to live eternally? Choose you this day whom you will serve… Joshua 24:14-15 Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD. (15) And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. (KJV) It is a daily choice for each of us as to who we will serve. We have been given a free will; and the Lord desires us to freely, not grudgingly, give our life over to God on a daily basis to serve Him in Spirit and in truth. As we die daily to the old wants and desires the Lord fills us up with new desires, Spiritual desires, those desires that will enable us to make it to our heavenly home to be seated together forever at the right hand side of God with Christ. Dearly loved brethren I pray that you will choose daily to die to live. As for me and my house, we choose to die and serve the LORD. God bless. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (KJV)
The carnal mind is against God, and will lead you in a way in which there is no peace of mind; it will have you operating in the past, and in fear and doubt of the future, the imaginations and the unknown. But you have been given the mind of Christ and know all things; now if only you would operate more in that state of mind than in your carnal mind. This is a reminder for each of us within the body of Christ, because as we all know, if we don’t keep the flesh in subjection to the Spirit we can very easily find ourselves operating in the state of mind which is against the wisdom and knowledge of God. And the only place in which we will find peace is in Christ, and operating in that wisdom and knowledge which is given unto us. So let’s give the more earnest heed to the things of God and all that has been opened up and revealed unto us as well as asked of us, and less to the things of this world and those outward circumstances which try to dictate our thoughts. Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. (4) Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength: (KJV) Dearly loved brethren I leave this peace of mind with you, with man nothing is possible, but with God all things are possible. God is able to do above and beyond what we could ask or think, if we let Him; if we set aside the fear and doubt, the imaginations, and trust in the Lord with all our heart. God bless and let the peace of God rule and reign in your heart and mind this day. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peaceI give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (KJV) Romans 8:6-7 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. (KJV)
Are you out of your mind? We have all heard that before, right? Well, to be spiritually minded you need to be out of your mind and operating in the mind of Christ. The carnal mind only leads us into the past, thinking on things we cannot change; or into imaginations, which if allowed to conceive will come forth unto sin and bring forth death (separation from our God and Father). But this does not have to be so my brethren. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (KJV) For none of these things will manifest if you keep your mind renewed in Christ (you have the mind of Christ), in which all is true, just, honest, pure, and lovely, of good report, with praise and virtue; and not lean to your own understanding. These are the things that you should be thinking on and trusting in with all your heart; for they will not lead you into temptation or sin unto death. 1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; (KJV) You have been given the whole armor of God, which gives you the tools needed to overcome the leading of the carnal mind. Resist unto blood against sin as He did; cut off the flesh, the old thoughts and ways, that hinder you from operating in the peace of God, and let the blood of Christ when you have fought the good fight of faith cleanse your mind of the old thoughts, and replace them with our Father’s thoughts which will lead you in His ways. Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. (9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughtsthan your thoughts. (KJV) So dearly loved brethren, get out of your mind; and let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. God bless and have a prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:3-7 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? (4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (5) For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: (6) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we
should not serve sin. (7) For he that is dead is freed from sin. (KJV) Remember what happened after our Lord was crucified? There was a resurrection that brought forth a new man. Those of us that allow our old nature to be crucified and buried will also experience the likeness of His resurrection by walking in newness of life and not according to the old dead sinful nature. It is only those that truly die to sin who are freed from its deadly grasp and are set free to walk in the Spirit and no longer fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Romans 6:8-11 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: (9) Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. (10) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. (11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV) Verse 8 begins with the word now, a now faith in Jesus Christ that the life we now live in the flesh is one that will be by the faith of Him. We should be dead to sin so that we can now resurrect ourselves alive spiritually unto God through the one mediator between God and man, that being Jesus Christ our Lord. John 11:39-44 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. (40) Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? (41) Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. (42) And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. (43) And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. (44) And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. (KJV) If you look at the spiritual implications of what took place with Lazarus you can see the similarities of how it parallels our own rebirth into the realm of the Spirit. We too at one time were bound up in sin and our life did stink as well, being dead spiritually and separated from our Lord. Once the stone, or should I say the stony heart was taken away a new life was brought forth by the word of the Lord and resurrected. We were all bound up with sin and unbelief, but now we are loosed and set free to serve our Lord in Spirit and in truth. Is everyday a new day with you; has the Son risen in you to enlighten you to the new life in Christ or are you still spiritually bound in some dark realm? Arise and shine and Christ shall give you life again. Dearly loved brethren, our prayer is that you would let the resurrection process continue within you, that you may always prosper and be in health in our Lord Jesus Christ as your soul prospers. God bless. John 11:23-26 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. (24) Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. (25) Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: (26) And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou
this? (KJV) Today it is a common knowledge that someday we will die and then be resurrected into the heavenly realm, or I should say that is the desire of every believer. However if you notice the wording in verse 25 you will see our Lord makes the statement that I am the resurrection as well as the life, not I will be or have been, but I am, right now. Not only does He refer to Himself as the resurrection but also the life; in fact by simply believing in Him we will never have to die. Ephesians 2:4-7 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, (5) Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) (6) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: (7) That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. (KJV) Thayer’s definition for quicken: 2227 zoopoieo- 1) to produce alive, to begat or to bear living young 2) to cause to live, to make alive, to give life a) by spiritual power to arouse and invigorate b) to restore to life If you notice in verse 6, the word hath is used, something that has already taken place and continues to. We were all dead in our sins; our old fallen nature kept us separated from the things of God so that we were not able to partake of the new life in Christ. Now that you are a partaker of this new life by being born again into the realm of the Spirit, Christ is resurrected in you and allows you to be a partaker of His heavenly kingdom. You are now resurrected from a spiritual death, a separation from God, and have access to the throne of God through the name of Jesus Christ so that you can sit and hear the message of Christ on a daily basis. These are the true riches of an exceeding grace that is available now, not just some day in the sweet bye and bye. Colossians 2:12-13 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. (13) And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; (KJV) It’s a spiritual baptism that allows you to be spiritually risen with God from your dead end life in the flesh. Have you ever heard the term baptized by fire? Well, those that truly know the Lord have been baptized, identified as partakers of Christ by dying to self, allowing Him to resurrect and lead them on the path of life. In the Old Testament the children of Israel were considered to be baptized unto Moses as well, because the life they were now living was one that was following the commandments of God as He instructed Moses on how they should live. We too are identified with Christ, because we choose to be led by His spirit and not our old fallen nature which is influenced by the lusts of the flesh, thus giving us access to the heavenly realm. Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (KJV) You know in order for there to be a resurrection there first has to be a death. Although many claim they want to go to heaven, few are willing to die to get there; which spiritually is something that should be taking place right now. Crucifixion was and still is a most excruciating way to die and one that truly does keep the body in subjection. The Lord is asking His people to take up their own cross on a daily basis and die to self so that they can walk in newness of life being led by the Spirit and not the lower nature. So who is leading and guiding you this day; and are you headed in the right direction, taking a seat in the heavenly realm so that you can hear the message of Christ and carry out His personal plan of salvation He intended for you to walk in? The life we now live should be a life of faith of the Son of God; what He has done on our behalf as well as what He would like to continue to do in and through you. Now the real question is, ‘will you let Him’? Our dearly loved brethren, the resurrection of life in Christ is a continual process as we die daily to the wants and desires of this life so that we may be raised a spiritual being, that death would have no more dominion over us; instead we rise victoriously through Him who loved us, who broke down the middle wall of partition that was between us and God, making the way for us in truth, and gave His life for us so that we could live eternally in peace with God in His kingdom and righteousness. God bless and have a prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. A couple of years ago a British royal wedding took place. If you watched any of the news or entertainment programs there was a flurry of activity, not only for the preparation of the wedding but many were a buzz and twitter pated by this wedding as well for months leading up to this one day. But only a chosen few were invited to the wedding while everyone else stood without. And when it was all over, the party was finished and what were many left with? Possibly a brief feeling of excitement, maybe sadness because it was over and they have to return to their normal lives, or maybe there are those who went in
debt to this world just for a taste of a morsel of worldly pleasure; and how long do you think they will be paying and be in bondage to it? Was it worth it, did they get what they needed? Pleasure for a season does not last forever; it is exciting for the moment but afterward it is the same life just a different moment or day. Reality sets in for everyone. So, how many do you suppose are preparing and abuzz about the Royal wedding to come which is above, when Christ presents His bride, the Church, to His Father? Many have been called to this wedding, but in the end only one will be the bride, the Church, the few who endure unto the end looking for a new heaven and new earth; a kingdom which is not of this world. Remember the parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1-2)? You need to be continually preparing, awake and alert, ready when the Bridegroom calls. You need the oil (Holy Spirit) and the lamp (Psalm 119:105) to see the way to the Royal wedding. You can’t have one without the other. They work together to give you light to find your way through the dark and dreary land to the gate in which the righteous shall enter. The Lord went and prepared a place for all; but it is up to each of us who have been invited whether or not we accept the invitation that was sent to us and show up for the wedding. And by the way, when the time comes we had better have on the robe of His righteousness if we desire to remain at the wedding; because anyone who tries to enter in who is not dressed properly will be cast out into utter darkness. Read Matthew 22:1-14. Dearly loved, are you preparing, twitter pated with the Lord and your wedding with Him to come? My prayer is that you are continuing in preparation for the Royal wedding so that you are counted worthy, dressed in white raiment (the wedding garment), ready to be presented holy and blameless, and a virgin of the Lord unspotted by this world, accepted of the Beloved. God bless, and prepare ye for the Royal wedding that is to come from above. 2 Corinthians 4:6-7 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (7) But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. (KJV)
We became an earthen vessel filled with His message of hope, the treasure more precious than silver and gold when we accepted Christ Jesus into our heart and life. The treasure that is never ending, life more abundantly, power unto salvation, it is the Word of God; Christ in us the hope of glory. There is nothing more precious. We too are sealed with the Holy Spirit; and like Jesus Christ we are sent forth as living waters bottled up, floating through the sea of people on this earth, with the Author’s message inside for the one who is in need. As we allow, the Author’s tide will send us in the direction that He desires us to go in so that we reach the destination that He has chosen so that we are there when the time is right. We don’t know the time or the place which is why we are to be instant in season and out of season. Remember, the Author’s Word prospers where He sends it. And, it is not the many who see the bottle and let it float by uninterested in what may be within; or who may pick it up, open it, read the message then put it back in and let it go on its way again because it was not what they wanted to hear; but it is the one to whom the message is sent, who will hold onto it, treasure it, and continue to seek to know more of the Author and the Message within that will be blessed. Luke 11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. (KJV) Are you willing to go where the Author sends you? Are you too willing to continue to let go of all for the sake of Jesus Christ and the Message given? Philippians 3:7-14 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. (8) Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, (9) And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: (10) That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; (11) If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. (12) Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. (13) Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, (14) I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (KJV) Dearly loved brethren, continue to cherish the Message within you; continue to press forward; continue to be ready always for the journey that the Author may send you on, to the one who is in need; and you too will be blessed. For great is your reward in Heaven. God bless. |
