Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part13 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the body is of Christ. Dearly loved of God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, and of us; we have been baptized into Christ by the Holy Spirit. We were grafted into the true vine, which is Christ, by our Father in Heaven who is the husbandman who sets every branch in the vine. You can be grafted in when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; and you can be cutoff due to unbelief just as the natural branches were. So don’t take for granted your place in the vine and boast against the other branches. Now as Christ is that true vine, He is the head of the body; the body of Christ of which we are all members one of another, and should have the same care one of another. God has placed each member in the body where He sees fit and it is up to each of us to find out what our place is and how to operate where He has placed us to the edification of the rest of the body. Ephesians 4:11-16 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (KJV) Now that doesn’t mean that when God placed us in the body in the beginning that, that is where He would have us to remain. As we grow up into Christ, and remain faithful in all our house (spirit, soul, and body) He may move us to another part of the body to fill up that which may be lacking so that the body can remain fitly joined together, compacted by that which every joint supplies, as working effectually in the measure of faith, that the body may increase (that He may increase, and we, our old nature may decrease) unto the edifying of itself in love. The more we allow Christ to remain our Head, the more the body becomes likeminded; serving one another in love; and to love is to lay down our lives for the body (dying to self). 1 John 3:16-18 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. (KJV) The rest of our time on this earth, abiding in Christ in the Spirit, is no longer about us, but about the Head, Christ, and His body of believers. Do you want to be an effective member of the body? Then begin with getting to know who your Head is; take up your cross, crucifying your old nature, and follow Him growing in grace and in the knowledge of who He is and where He would have you to operate each day in the body to the edification of the body. That when He presents His Church, His body, unto God you will be a part of it, Holy and un-blamable in God’s sight. Our ministry is of Christ, as the body is of Christ. Remember, a body without a head is dead; and so will we be if we do not keep Christ as the Head of our body remaining grafted in the true vine; we will be as the branches cut off and cast forth unto men and burned. Dear Church, loved of God our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, are you dying to get to Heaven? Paul the apostle said he died daily. 1 Corinthians 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. (KJV) We were given an example by our Lord Jesus Christ of dying daily as He did to the fleshly lusts and desires so that He could be resurrected a new man upright and well pleasing in God’s sight. The Lord Jesus took up His spiritual cross daily, not just the physical cross that happened once that everyone knows about, but daily He died that we might live, thus why the scriptures refer to the cross of Christ. He humbled himself and laid aside the lusts of the flesh, but not without suffering, and followed the Spirit of Christ within Him. Learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; having been tempted in every manner as we are and yet sinned not (Hebrews 2:18; 4:14-16). Philippians 2:5-8 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (KJV) Hebrews 5:7-10 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (KJV) Have you taken up your spiritual cross, nailing the lusts of the flesh to it through obedience on a daily basis, and suffering for Christ’s sake? Taking up our cross involves dying to self, daily crucifying the old man which was born into sin (of the flesh) so that we are able to resurrect into the new man which was born into the righteousness of God (of the Spirit), Christ in us the hope of glory. Salvation is not a one and done; each day we make the choice to take up our cross and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in obedience. We have a choice to suffer and follow Christ or to take the path of least resistance and follow the lusts of the flesh and the world thereof. Romans 6:4-14 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (KJV) Sin is destroyed when we choose to be obedient to the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit. But remember sin can revive through temptation when we are drawn away of our own lusts, and enticed; then when lust has conceived it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death (James 1:14-15), which is separation from God our Father. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV) But thanks be to God for His grace who has given us a great high priest, an advocate, on our behalf, Jesus Christ our Lord who is the only way to restore peace with the Father. There is no peace with God our Father without abiding (remaining) in Christ, and Christ abiding in us; the cross of Christ. So dearly loved, take up the cross of Christ and live. We are taking a break this week on the Son of God series of videos to address the deity of Jesus. Today's video The Deity of Jesus is on the topic of when how and Jesus became a part of the Godhead bodily. Jesus of Nazareth became a part of the Godhead when God accepted the completed sacrifice of Jesus Christ and seated him at His own right hand. Jesus lived a life without sin being led by the Spirit of Christ within him. He was tempted in every manner as we are and yet he sinned not but was obedient unto death. Daily laying down his life (he took up his own spiritual cross and followed Christ, the Word of the living God who abided within him) despising the shame and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Jesus Christ is the example we are to now live our life by. He said to eat of his flesh (lay down your life and take up your cross) and drink of his blood (follow him; led by the Spirit of Christ within you) for this example will lead you on the path of eternal life giving you strength to overcome the wicked one so that you too may be seated at the right hand of God with Jesus Christ for eternity. Colossians 2:8-12 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. (KJV) God accepted Jesus Christ’s sacrifice, a sweet smelling savor; He overcame the wicked one through faith and obedience to Christ within him and is now seated at the right hand of God forever making intercession for us. He became the firstborn among many brethren, the first begotten from the dead; He became both Lord and Christ. Jesus was a man just like you and I when he walked this earth, but when he was resurrected from the dead, having overcome death, he is now a part of the Godhead bodily. Jesus Christ our mediator who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. God bless. Today's video The Son - Part10 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the vail done away in Christ. The vail is done away in Christ. The vail is what is upon the heart of many in that they are unable to see into the realm of the Spirit because they are still looking at the Son of God after the flesh in the man Jesus of Nazareth. We have been instructed to know no man after the flesh; for in that we have known Christ after the flesh, yet from now on we were to know Him no more in this manner (2Corinthians 5:16), but after the Spirit. John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV) When you have lifted up the vail (the Son of man, Jesus) then shall you know that the “I am he” is Christ; because the Son could do nothing of himself. Just as we can do nothing of ourselves (John 15:5); but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). By getting rid of the vail we are able to see clearly into the realm of the Spirit, to see the kingdom of God. And the only way to get rid of the vail is by being led by the Spirit. Man cannot get you to see the kingdom of God, only the Spirit of the living God is able to lead and guide you into all truth enlightening the eyes of your understanding to the life that is in the Son, Christ Jesus; the only name above every name in which we are granted access to the kingdom of God; He is the good Shepherd of the sheep and those who know Him and His voice is who the porter opens up the door to. Read John 10:1-18. 1 Corinthians 13:9-12 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (KJV) Mark 8:22-25 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. (KJV) As one begins their journey of salvation they see in part and prophesy in part because they can only share what they experienced when they accepted the Lord, but don’t have a full understanding of it; thus only knowing in part or seeing as the blind man in the beginning who said he saw men as trees, walking; Jesus, a shadow of what was to come. As one grows in their relationship with the Lord, allowing the Spirit to lead and guide them into all truth, the eyes of their understanding become enlightened more and more to the realm of the Spirit; and if they continue grounded and settled the Spirit will lead them into a perfect understanding and they will see clearly who the Son of God is (because the Spirit will bring you face to face with Him); their sight restored they are able to see the kingdom of God and His righteousness which is Christ in them the hope of glory. The vail done away in Christ. Beloved, you want to be able to know who the Son is so that you can know the Father, and be known of God. Today's video The Son - Part8 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. A mystery is something hidden and the only way to reveal or unravel the mystery is to follow the clues; and bit by bit the mystery is solved; you come the knowledge of the truth of what occurred. And so it is that God spoke unto us through His holy apostles, prophets, and His Son to give us the guide book in solving the mystery of the kingdom of God, which is given unto us to know. He wants us to come to the knowledge of the truth; what truth? The truth that was in Jesus, which is in us also. John 5:39-40 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. (KJV) From the beginning the scriptures testify of Christ, the Son of the living God. How few though come to know Him (Christ) after the Spirit. Many only know Him after the flesh (Jesus), because they have chosen to listen to what man says and not search the scriptures for themselves by asking the Lord to reveal who He is and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them, and enlighten the eyes of their understanding to the truth that was in Jesus, the hidden mystery, but revealed to those who diligently seek to know Him. John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV) When you allow the Spirit to remove the vail of the flesh (Jesus), then you shall know Christ, the Son of the living God. And you will come to know how God made this same Jesus, both Lord and Christ. Are you willing to dig deep into this mystery for yourself so that you can say when you stand before God our Father, and He asks you, “Did you know my Son?”, and you can answer “I know the mystery of your kingdom that you gave for me to know; your Son, Christ in me, whom you sent in the likeness of sinful flesh (Jesus of Nazareth first, then in me), being made sin for me, who knew no sin; that I could be made the righteousness of you, Father, in Him”? And the Father will turn to the Son, and say “Do you know them?” and the Son will reply either, “Yes, they were a good and faithful servant” or “No, depart from me ye who work iniquity”. Which would you rather hear? Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV) It is not of works, lest any man should boast. It is of the grace and truth of God (for grace and truth came by Jesus Christ), that we will stand on the firm foundation which He gave unto us to know so that we are sealed with the seal of God because we know His name, we know Him, and He knows us for which we name the name of Christ. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life that will get you unto the throne of God and unto eternal life. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (KJV) There was the man Christ Jesus and this man is the one mediator between us and God; who is now seated on the right hand of the throne of God making intercession for us. He is the only way for us to have peace with God; the only way for us to come unto the throne of grace in time of need; the only way to eternal life. John 1:14-17 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (KJV) Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. And as you read the truth was in Jesus (Ephesians 4:20-21, Acts 10:38, 1Corinthians 1:24); what was the truth that was in him? Christ, the Son of the living God, who without Him could have done nothing (John 15:19, 8:28); just as with Jesus, we can to nothing without Christ as well (John 15:5); Christ was his and our only hope of glory. Through the things which Jesus suffered he learned obedience to Christ in him, and became the author and finisher of faith. As we learn obedience through the things that we suffer for Christ’s sake the operation of His faith which He authored prospers within us, in that we then operate in that same faith. We have this treasure of Christ in us the hope of glory in our earthen vessel; same as Jesus of Nazareth did. Colossians 3:1-4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (KJV) Christ became his life as it should within us also. The more Jesus laid down his life (wants and desires) the more Christ in him prospered; and this is how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. So his name is not just Jesus, but Jesus Christ the Son of the living God. And in His Son is life and life more abundantly; eternal life. 1 John 5:11-13 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV) John 3:35-36 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV) What life do you want? Who do you want as your intercessor? Men or Christ Jesus? If we go to the throne of God through Christ Jesus then we have the confidence in this life and the life to come that God hears us and that we have the petitions that we desired of him according to His will and not ours. 1 John 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (KJV) The way to the truth is through Christ Jesus; the truth is Christ in us the hope of glory; and the life is in Christ, the Son of the living God. Today's video The Son - Part6 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the Rock solid foundation, the cornerstone, and the stumbling stone. Christ Jesus is the rock solid foundation, the chief cornerstone that each of us should have as our foundation; most importantly our chief cornerstone on which the firmness of our salvation will stand. We are the temple of the living God; a spiritual house for the Lord; the Lord said that he and the Father would come and make their abode within us if we loved him and kept his words. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. (KJV) Once we establish Christ as our chief cornerstone then what is built thereon will stand if we build it according to the truth of the gospel of Christ, which is the Rock solid foundation that God had designed from the beginning. Jesus Christ is the pattern by which we are to build our spiritual house unto the Lord. He is our example that God gave unto us. So if we continue to abide in Christ, keeping him as our solid foundation then when the winds of doctrines blow and the streams of ungodliness beat against our house, we will not move but stand firm in our God and in His Son Jesus Christ our life. Building requires you to do something; you can’t build by just reading the instructions and then not follow through with putting the pieces together. You have to be a doer of the Word. God gave us the instruction manual; now we need to read it, listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and apply it in our life. Only the finest material, that being the pure word of God coming straight from the throne of God, is what we should be using; this material will stand and not perish in the fire. Christ is the stumbling stone that many stumble over because they have chosen to follow the traditions and doctrines of men who only know Christ after the flesh, the man Jesus, thus leaving Christ the Son of God out. They have chosen not to search the scriptures, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them into all truth, and to reveal who the Son is, which will lead one to know the Father also. They have chosen to use sub-contractors to help build their house; not checking to see if the materials being used would stand up to Satan and his workers; like the story of the three little pigs and the wolf. What you put into your relationship with the Lord, is what you will get out. If you sew to the flesh, of the flesh shall you reap corruption; if you sew to the Spirit of the Spirit shall you reap everlasting life. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. (KJV) Who are you going to trust to build your house? Men or God? Psalms 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. (KJV) Will you go straight to the source to see if those things being taught by others is of truth; or are you going to leave your salvation from this present evil world in the hands of men and their interpretation of the scriptures, their traditions and doctrines which leave Christ out of their teachings and prayers? It is up to each of us to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; Christ in us the hope of glory, the power and wisdom of God. And to know how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. Today's video The Son - Part5 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the light of the glorious gospel of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (KJV) The light that shines out of darkness is Christ who is the Word and the image of God, and where no darkness exists. Christ is the light that lights every man who comes into this world, this included Jesus of Nazareth, and you and I. And even though we were not aware of this light of life until we were born again, Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power at conception. Remember, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God (1Cor 1:24). And through his obedience he became the firstborn among many brethren; the firstborn from the dead. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV) Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (KJV) God sent His Son to give light to the knowledge of salvation, and to enlighten the eyes of our understanding to who He is, and who His Son is; that you might know the mystery of the kingdom of God which is Christ in you the hope of glory. He sent His Son to restore fellowship with mankind and to restore His image within us. We were once blind to the kingdom and righteousness of God, but now we are children of light in the Lord, and should continue to walk in the light and have fellowship no more with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. Christ gives us light and in Him is no darkness; so if we abide in the light, others will see the glorious gospel of Christ shining forth from us (2Cor 4:1-6). The hidden things of darkness will always be brought to light; whether it is something within us that God is now asking us to overcome, or if it something else that He would have us to avoid. If we come to the light, and we continue to abide in the light, we will be able to discern the hidden things of darkness and avoid them; that includes those who appear as an angel of light, but are the ministers of Satan, deceiving and being deceived, whom you are to avoid, whose end will be according to their works (2Cor 11:13-15). Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. (KJV) So continue on the path of the just where there is light, and where the God of our Lord Jesus Christ , the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised him from the dead, and set him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named (Jesus Christ), not only in this world, but also in that which is to come; and has put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all. Today's video The Son - Part3 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; you can't have the Son without the Father also. You can’t have the Son without the Father also. You have to know the Son, to know the Father. So allow the eyes of your understanding to be enlightened to who the Son is, and you shall know the Father also. John 14:1-11 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. (KJV) Now why would Jesus say to Philip, “he that hath seen me hath seen the Father”, when Jesus was standing right in front of him? The scriptures are clear… 2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. (KJV) We are not to know Christ (the son given) after the flesh (Jesus, the child born), but after the Spirit. It was Christ within Jesus of Nazareth (Acts 10:38; 1Cor 1:24), which allowed him to lead a life without sin. Christ is the word of God, Christ is who God is, His character. And so many are stuck on Jesus, the veil still over their eyes (2 Cor 4:4), as was the time of Moses in the reading of the law; they have become no different than the Pharisees’ and Sadducees’ in the time of Jesus, and have not allowed the veil, as it was for Saul (Paul), to be taken away as the scales that fell from his eyes to see the Lord’s Christ; as also for Simeon and Anna (Luke 2:25-32 & 36-38). As well as the following… Matthew 16:13-17 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. (KJV) John 6:65-69 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. (KJV) In this we do honour the Father; if we chose to acknowledge His Son Christ whom He sent. When we choose to lay down our lives to get to know His Son, then the eyes of our understanding will be enlightened to who God is, our Father in heaven. And we will daily be transformed into their image, and after their likeness just as Jesus of Nazareth was when he walked this earth. John 5:23-24 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. 24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV) Is this the end that you want for your life? To stand before God and not know His Son because you chose to listen to men who deny Christ the Son of the living God, and had not chosen to allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you into all truth concerning His Son so that you may know Him the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He sent. 1 John 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. (KJV) Matthew 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Today's video The Son - Part2 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the power and wisdom of God is Christ, the Son of the living God. Jesus of Nazareth was born a natural man first, just as we were; he was also the first born (born again) among many brethren, having accepted God’s plan of salvation for mankind through the leading of the spirit of Christ within him and overcame the lusts and desires of the flesh, the natural man, and was made perfect through sufferings. Jesus of Nazareth died daily to the wants and desires of the flesh, allowing the power of God, Christ in him the hope of glory, to provide the strength and wisdom to overcome the flesh or natural man (the nature of sin due to the fall of the first man Adam), and resurrect him into a new creation, taking on the divine nature, the second Adam, Christ, the Lord of glory. God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. Lord because he overcame the natural man sold under sin; Christ because he allowed the divine nature of God to increase within him being led by the Spirit and overcame the wicked one. In Christ we have the power and wisdom of God to overcome the natural man (the nature of sin due to the fall of the first man Adam), so that we can allow the divine nature of the second man Adam (Christ in us the hope of glory), to increase and take over in our lives. Acts 10:36-38 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) 37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
