Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part11 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the head of the body is Christ. Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Christ is the head of the body, the Church, of whom we are all members if we continue in the faith grounded and settled and be not moved away from the hope that is within us. Our life is now in Christ; so without Christ we can do nothing, just as a body without a head can do nothing. Even the Lord said that he could do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father do (John 5:19); as well as, but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things (John 8:28). Notice the Lord said but as my Father hath taught me. Christ gave unto His body all that is needed to grow up into Him in all things concerning the kingdom and righteousness of God (we have the mind of Christ); and for the edifying of the body in love, for we are members one of another (Ephesians 4:11-16); and so that we would be no more children tossed to and fro carried about with every wind of doctrine by the sleight of men, cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive, instead we would become grounded and settled in the doctrine of Christ and able to discern the body (i.e. who is truly a member of the body of Christ, for you will know them by their fruit). Last He gave us warnings concerning the faith… Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (KJV) Many false prophets in religious organizations today have cut off the Son of God (Christ in you the hope of glory), and only acknowledge and teach in the name of the son of man, Jesus of Nazareth. They have cut off the head to the body of believers. The life is in God’s Son Christ, the head of the body, the power and wisdom of God. So they have created a body, powerless and headless, i.e. without the mind of Christ, the power and wisdom from above. 1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. (KJV) Christ is the true vine, God our Father is the husbandman or vinedresser, and we are the branches. If we continue to abide in the vine and produce fruit unto righteousness, the Father continues to prune us so that we will bring forth much fruit for the kingdom of Heaven and receive His fullness, therewith we are complete in Him. If we don’t continue to abide in the vine (the Head which gives spiritual nourishment to the body), the Father will cut us off, and as a branch withers so will we, and we will be without hope laid up in a heap with others who did not continue to abide in Christ; and the end of us will be worse than in the beginning for it would have been better that we had not known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and turned away. 2 Peter 2:20-21 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. (KJV) Dearly loved of God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, and of us, don’t be as the many who don’t hold the Head, Christ, as the Head of the Church; instead be as the few who do. Philippians 3:18-21 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Today's video The Son - Part10 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the vail done away in Christ. The vail is done away in Christ. The vail is what is upon the heart of many in that they are unable to see into the realm of the Spirit because they are still looking at the Son of God after the flesh in the man Jesus of Nazareth. We have been instructed to know no man after the flesh; for in that we have known Christ after the flesh, yet from now on we were to know Him no more in this manner (2Corinthians 5:16), but after the Spirit. John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV) When you have lifted up the vail (the Son of man, Jesus) then shall you know that the “I am he” is Christ; because the Son could do nothing of himself. Just as we can do nothing of ourselves (John 15:5); but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). By getting rid of the vail we are able to see clearly into the realm of the Spirit, to see the kingdom of God. And the only way to get rid of the vail is by being led by the Spirit. Man cannot get you to see the kingdom of God, only the Spirit of the living God is able to lead and guide you into all truth enlightening the eyes of your understanding to the life that is in the Son, Christ Jesus; the only name above every name in which we are granted access to the kingdom of God; He is the good Shepherd of the sheep and those who know Him and His voice is who the porter opens up the door to. Read John 10:1-18. 1 Corinthians 13:9-12 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (KJV) Mark 8:22-25 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. (KJV) As one begins their journey of salvation they see in part and prophesy in part because they can only share what they experienced when they accepted the Lord, but don’t have a full understanding of it; thus only knowing in part or seeing as the blind man in the beginning who said he saw men as trees, walking; Jesus, a shadow of what was to come. As one grows in their relationship with the Lord, allowing the Spirit to lead and guide them into all truth, the eyes of their understanding become enlightened more and more to the realm of the Spirit; and if they continue grounded and settled the Spirit will lead them into a perfect understanding and they will see clearly who the Son of God is (because the Spirit will bring you face to face with Him); their sight restored they are able to see the kingdom of God and His righteousness which is Christ in them the hope of glory. The vail done away in Christ. Beloved, you want to be able to know who the Son is so that you can know the Father, and be known of God. Today's video The Son - Part7 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life that will get you unto the throne of God and unto eternal life. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (KJV) There was the man Christ Jesus and this man is the one mediator between us and God; who is now seated on the right hand of the throne of God making intercession for us. He is the only way for us to have peace with God; the only way for us to come unto the throne of grace in time of need; the only way to eternal life. John 1:14-17 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (KJV) Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. And as you read the truth was in Jesus (Ephesians 4:20-21, Acts 10:38, 1Corinthians 1:24); what was the truth that was in him? Christ, the Son of the living God, who without Him could have done nothing (John 15:19, 8:28); just as with Jesus, we can to nothing without Christ as well (John 15:5); Christ was his and our only hope of glory. Through the things which Jesus suffered he learned obedience to Christ in him, and became the author and finisher of faith. As we learn obedience through the things that we suffer for Christ’s sake the operation of His faith which He authored prospers within us, in that we then operate in that same faith. We have this treasure of Christ in us the hope of glory in our earthen vessel; same as Jesus of Nazareth did. Colossians 3:1-4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (KJV) Christ became his life as it should within us also. The more Jesus laid down his life (wants and desires) the more Christ in him prospered; and this is how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. So his name is not just Jesus, but Jesus Christ the Son of the living God. And in His Son is life and life more abundantly; eternal life. 1 John 5:11-13 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV) John 3:35-36 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV) What life do you want? Who do you want as your intercessor? Men or Christ Jesus? If we go to the throne of God through Christ Jesus then we have the confidence in this life and the life to come that God hears us and that we have the petitions that we desired of him according to His will and not ours. 1 John 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (KJV) The way to the truth is through Christ Jesus; the truth is Christ in us the hope of glory; and the life is in Christ, the Son of the living God. Today's video The Son - Part6 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the Rock solid foundation, the cornerstone, and the stumbling stone. Christ Jesus is the rock solid foundation, the chief cornerstone that each of us should have as our foundation; most importantly our chief cornerstone on which the firmness of our salvation will stand. We are the temple of the living God; a spiritual house for the Lord; the Lord said that he and the Father would come and make their abode within us if we loved him and kept his words. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. (KJV) Once we establish Christ as our chief cornerstone then what is built thereon will stand if we build it according to the truth of the gospel of Christ, which is the Rock solid foundation that God had designed from the beginning. Jesus Christ is the pattern by which we are to build our spiritual house unto the Lord. He is our example that God gave unto us. So if we continue to abide in Christ, keeping him as our solid foundation then when the winds of doctrines blow and the streams of ungodliness beat against our house, we will not move but stand firm in our God and in His Son Jesus Christ our life. Building requires you to do something; you can’t build by just reading the instructions and then not follow through with putting the pieces together. You have to be a doer of the Word. God gave us the instruction manual; now we need to read it, listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and apply it in our life. Only the finest material, that being the pure word of God coming straight from the throne of God, is what we should be using; this material will stand and not perish in the fire. Christ is the stumbling stone that many stumble over because they have chosen to follow the traditions and doctrines of men who only know Christ after the flesh, the man Jesus, thus leaving Christ the Son of God out. They have chosen not to search the scriptures, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them into all truth, and to reveal who the Son is, which will lead one to know the Father also. They have chosen to use sub-contractors to help build their house; not checking to see if the materials being used would stand up to Satan and his workers; like the story of the three little pigs and the wolf. What you put into your relationship with the Lord, is what you will get out. If you sew to the flesh, of the flesh shall you reap corruption; if you sew to the Spirit of the Spirit shall you reap everlasting life. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. (KJV) Who are you going to trust to build your house? Men or God? Psalms 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. (KJV) Will you go straight to the source to see if those things being taught by others is of truth; or are you going to leave your salvation from this present evil world in the hands of men and their interpretation of the scriptures, their traditions and doctrines which leave Christ out of their teachings and prayers? It is up to each of us to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; Christ in us the hope of glory, the power and wisdom of God. And to know how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. The Master Builder and His Chief Cornerstone. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. The Keys of the Kingdom
2 Peter 1:2-4 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (KJV) In Christ Jesus we have been given all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and virtue. The Lord said in Matthew 11:27 that the Father has delivered all things unto him; and this so that we might know Him, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom He sent. The Father has delivered unto each of us the ability to know the Son, Christ in you the hope of glory, whom He sent; and as we continue to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, God the Father will reveal more and more, taking the vail away, of who His Son is whom He sent. And then as we come into the knowledge of the mystery of Christ, the Son, the Son begins to reveal who the Father is, and all things that were delivered unto him. For it is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. (KJV) In Matthew 16:13-19 the Lord asked the disciples who did men say he was and he got several different answers. Then He asked, whom do you say that I am; and Peter responded, thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. The Lord then lets Peter know that it was His Father who revealed this unto him, not flesh and blood. And upon this revelation of who the Son of God is, the rock solid foundation (Christ), he will build his church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it; and will give unto us the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. (KJV) When someone gives you keys they give them in trust that you won’t lose them, but you would keep them safe at all times so that no one can just walk into the house and steal all that is within. They also want you to use the keys to open up the door in front of you or to lock the door behind you. To get the keys of the kingdom you have to first come to the Father by Jesus Christ; answering to the knock on the door of your heart, His voice calling unto you, by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, as your Lord and Savior. And He will come in unto you and will sup with you, and you with Him. Behold the kingdom of God is now within you. Jesus Christ is the door of the sheep, and there is no other name given under heaven among men whereby you must be saved. No man can come unto the Father, but by Him. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Only He can give you the keys of the kingdom. Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV) What are the keys of the kingdom? Faith and Christ. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Now God made this same Jesus, whom was crucified, both Lord and Christ; and without Christ you can do nothing. To unlock all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge you have to have both keys. You must believe that God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him; and you must believe in the name of His only begotten Son, Christ in you the hope of glory. Knowing who the Son is through faith in the Son of God, is what unlocks all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge; the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven; the deep things of God. It gets rid of the veil of the flesh so that you can see clearly in the realm of the Spirit where God operates (God is a Spirit and they who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth). It is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven according as His divine power (1 Corinthians 1:24) has given unto you all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that called you to glory and virtue. Now it is time for you to use those keys that have been given unto you so that you can know the exceedingly great and precious promises given unto you and be a partaker of the divine nature. Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (KJV) For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. Good afternoon. Today's video Another Spirit is continuing on the topic of the second man Adam; Another spirit; Christ in you the hope of glory. Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. (KJV)
The Old Testament was written with examples for us to follow, not in the literal sense but now discerning the spiritual meaning and implications of the writings. God’s storehouse is the people, and the meat that should be brought into it is spiritual in nature, and one that is intended to build up the inward man, and not to be so focused on the outward one anymore. We still have many today who twist and pervert the true meaning of the scriptures because they are more self seeking, worshipping their own creations more than the Creator Himself. While many claim the reason God doesn’t bless them is because of their lack of giving in the form of tithes and offerings, the truth be known is that their attention is focused in the wrong realm; and those that are doing the teaching are the ones that need to be re-taught themselves the basic principles of Christianity. Knowing who and what God’s true storehouse is will allow you to grow up strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Acts 17:22-25 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. (23) For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. (24) God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; (25) Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; (KJV) Many people today base their beliefs in what a church is on what they were told by man, and not by what they hear from the Lord Himself. Many are indoctrinated with beliefs based on what their parents and grandparents believed, and not on what they have found to be the truth themselves. If you drive around a town and point out certain buildings many would tell you it is a church or the house of God. If you were to open the phone book and look up the word church you would find many different names and titles man has come up with for what a church is. The simple truth is that, the people are the Church, the true worshippers of God, and that He lives and dwells within them. Yet with this simple truth in mind, why are so many still pointing people to the outward creations of man and not to the new man that has taken up residence within them? Why do so many claim the people are robbing God because of their lack of giving, when the truth be known the robbery is being committed by those that should be teaching truth and yet have need to be re-taught themselves the basic principles of Christianity. Matthew 16:16-18 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. (17) And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. (18) And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (KJV) Here is the building God truly is concerned with and would like to see His people concentrating their attention toward, one that is spiritual in nature and able to withstand all the spiritual winds of doctrines that would try to blow it over. Is Christ truly the foundation of your building so that the gates of hell and its influence will no longer prevail against you? Are you building a case on the rock solid spiritual evidence presented to us through the Son, or are you still settling for second hand self serving doctrines of man? Has our Father revealed Himself to you personally so that you can know and not just guess that you are one of His, the true Church of the living God, or are you concentrating more on man’s outward creations of what they think a church is? Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. (11) This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. (12) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV) There are a lot of builders out there who claim they are building in the name of the Lord. Just like with construction, if that cornerstone is not set right, if it is not in its proper place, then the whole building will end up off kilter. The Lord said He would build His Church; now the question is, how many are letting Him build it within them based on His foundation and not on what a bunch of other builders think it is; wannabe’s and pretenders who worship their own creations more than the Creator. There is no other name, no other foundation that the true Church of God can be built on, than the name of Jesus Christ. Only the doctrine of Christ will be able to build up His people and allow them to withstand all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 1 Peter 2:4-8 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, (5) Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. (6) Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded. (7) Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, (8) And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (KJV) You are a spiritual being; God’s true Church is one of spiritual in nature, one that should be getting built up on a daily basis and not torn down by man-made doctrines. As a true believer in Christ this is what is precious in the sight of God, His people, not some building or organization that puts more emphasis on outward things rather than on the inward one. This is your salvation to which you are appointed to inherit, so don’t be taken in by those that try to pack your bags for a guilt trip, thinking God doesn’t bless His people because of their lack of giving to their organizations. When they promise you liberty while they are still themselves the servants of corruption, and not the true servants of God they claim to be, it is time to reevaluate your situation and turn away from those that don’t know who God’s true storehouse is and how to keep them built up in the word of God. Acts 20:32-34 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. (33) I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel. (34) Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. (KJV) Paul dealt with some of this same nonsense we see today, those that were more concerned with silver and gold, and not the precious things of God which is His Church, the people. Paul was willing to do whatever it took to deliver the word of God which would build them up, including working with his own hands. If you’re in a situation where the emphasis is more on the outward buildings rather than on the inward one, then you will not get built up either, but rather fall short of what God truly intended for His Church. Ephesians 2:19-22 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; (20) And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; (21) In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: (22) In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. (KJV) You are the Church people; you are God’s true storehouse, and considered a holy temple of His. Concentrate your effort and priority in His realm, His direction, and prove Him, that He will pour out for you a blessing that there will not be room enough in your storehouse to contain; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over with living waters that proceed from the heart and give life to those around you as well. God bless Church. Have a prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. As with any building, it has to be built according to a certain code, up to the standard required so that it will pass inspection. Father has provided a building code as well, a spiritual blueprint that has to be read and followed in order to pass His inspection as well.
Psalms 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. (KJV) In order to understand this code one needs to be in direct communication with the foreman, otherwise the building won’t stand. Luke 6:47-49 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: (48) He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. (49) But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. (KJV) A firm foundation is the most important part of the building, and without it you are on shaky ground, ready to be swept away with winds of doctrines; or a flood of new wave teachings that are not up to Father’s code written in His blueprint of salvation. 1 Corinthians 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (KJV) Could you imagine being a building contractor and leaving out the cornerstone of the building; the foundation that holds it together? Being that you are the temple of the living God, would you want to leave this stone unturned and not put to use? CORNERSTONE A stone placed at the corner, or the intersecting angle, where two walls of a building come together. In biblical times, buildings were often made of cut, squared stone. By uniting two intersecting walls, a cornerstone helped align the whole building and tie it together. (from Nelson's Illustrated Bible Dictionary) By leaving out the most important part of the blueprint of salvation, will leave you on shaky ground, and you might just end up getting fired. (KJV) Jesus Christ is a sure thing, the one mediator between God and man, who was able to follow God’s plan of salvation. Being that He is the author and finisher of our faith, are you following the same blueprint as well, or are you trying to rewrite the book, cut corners, leaving out the most important part of the instructions? 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (KJV) Why not go with a sure thing, the winning formula, the name of Jesus Christ will access you to the throne of God, and the spirit of Christ will enlighten your understanding of what His will and design is for your spiritual house as well. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (KJV) Have you ever heard the phrase ‘who’s the man’? Someday you will have to stand before Father and answer that question as well. Will you be able to give the answer according to His word, or will you go by popular opinion? Will your answer pass inspection and be up to His code? The consequences are eternal. God bless and have a prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. |
